We obtain information about you when you use our website or our social media channels, for example, to enquire and book our services, or if you register to receive our e-newsletters and alerts.

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, telephone number upon consenting when using one of our online forms.
This information will be sent to a secure email where it maybe passed to a secure CRM system through Mailchimp.
If you have signed up for our e-newsletters, your information is held on Mailchimp, a secure third party system.

Consent for film/video, audio and photography
We sometimes take photographs/videos at events for website, social media and marketing purposes. These photographs are stored on a secure server, shared only with authorised partners and will automatically be deleted according to the photographic permissions form.
Science Made Simple will take all steps to ensure images are used solely for the purposes they are intended. If you become aware that any images are being used inappropriately you should inform us immediately.
