One presenter will arrive at your venue in a car or Science Made Simple van, usually about one hour before the show is due to start in order to set up.
As they will have to unload their kit and prepare all the demonstrations, it is handy to be able to park close to the venue.
You can choose to have the show at any time of day as long as your venue is free. We’ll bring everything we require, except for tables and a projection screen. We can bring projectors, but if possible we prefer using ceiling mounted projectors (please ensure the projector remote control is handy.)
Most of our shows are 45-60 mins long, but we can be flexible to accommodate your timetable.
After the show is finished it takes about half an hour to pack up all the materials used.
A show can be performed to as large an audience as you can fit into your venue. If you’re a school, we are happy for you to invite neighbouring schools.
