Senior Software Engineer
I lead a team of software developers who look after computer systems for scientists. I spend my days writing lots of code.
I really enjoy problem-solving and that helps me write computer code for my job. When something doesn’t work at first, I am resilient and I don’t give up until I’ve figured out how to make the thing work. To make sure projects work, I need to be organised. I always plan things in detail, and keep to-do lists so that I don’t lose track.
